Our Projects

Elysium Estate

Set in the serene coastal village of Barbati, Corfu, this newly designed estate stands as a harmonious blend of traditional and contemporary architectural elements. Nestled approximately 150 meters from the sea, the property integrates seamlessly with the natural beauty of its surroundings. As landscape architects, our major challenge was to utilize as much of the site as possible while preserving the inherent charm of the environment. Despite the site’s irregular shape, advanced spatial planning and landscape practices enabled us to create a functional, aesthetic, and sustainable space. The landscape design features elements such as a terraced park, a mini golf course, and an elevated pool area, all interconnected by majestic paths that offer stunning vistas. These elements are carefullyarranged to blend with the borrowed landscape canvas from the surrounding environment, resulting in a serene retreat that harmonizes the subtle elegance of the estate with the rustic beauty of Barbati.

Villa Nysa

Nestled in the picturesque hills of Pagoi, Nysa showcases a seamless integration of contemporary design with the natural beauty of its surroundings. Set on a gentle slope framed by olive and cypress trees, the villa offers breathtaking views of the valley and the Ionian Sea, creating a tranquil and expansive retreat. The neighborhood’s modern residential architecture complements the estate’s serene atmosphere, with expansive open spaces and fully matured vegetation. The villa’s design enhances its connection to the landscape, while its main features—such as the infinity pool, outdoor kitchen, spa area, and rooftop lounge—provide a luxurious yet harmonious living experience, blending modern comforts with the timeless allure of Corfu’s natural terrain and rich history.

Villa Hesperia

Set in the elevated landscape of Vigla, Corfu, this newly designed villa embraces the island’s natural topography, seamlessly integrating architecture with the surrounding environment. The estate features a series of meticulously crafted terraces, designed not only to enhance aesthetics but also to efficiently manage runoff water. Over these terraces, thoughtfully arranged flower beds add texture and color, blending harmoniously with the borrowed landscape.At the heart of the outdoor design lies an infinity pool that captures panoramic views of the Ionian Sea, complemented by a sunbathing area offering direct access to both the pool and the outdoor dining space. A dedicated BBQ and dining area serves as an inviting space for open-air gatherings, seamlessly connected to the villa’s leisure zones. Practicality meets design with a two-car parking space, ensuring both convenience and accessibility. Every element of the landscape is carefully orchestrated to create a functional, aesthetic, and sustainable retreat that embodies the refined elegance of Vigla.

Villa Calidora

Amidst the vibrant tourist hub of Kassiopi, Corfu, Villa Callidora offers a modern sanctuary, thoughtfully designed to integrate the region’s traditional architectural narrative with the practical elegance of contemporary design. Surrounded by a tapestry of residential charm and the untouched potential of adjacent lands, the villa stands as a beacon of tranquillity and aesthetic harmony. While the villa pays homage to the area’s prevalent “boxy” architectural style, it introduces a dialogue with nature through its landscape design. Gentle curves meander through the gardens, echoing the rolling olive hills to the west and complementing the mature evergreens that characterize the locale. The villa’s strategic location is embraced by a protective stone fence, ensuring privacy and a serene environment. Minimal traffic and the soft glow of distant lights contribute to the peaceful atmosphere, allowing the villa’s subtle design elements to speak volumes.
